At KARREK, every piece is made to order, by hand, and with the utmost care. Each one begins with something incredibly personal, and I want to make sure it receives the time and attention it deserves.
To make this possible, I release a limited number of order spaces each month, usually around 20 pieces. Once those spaces are filled, the shop will close until the next monthly release.
How ordering works
When the shop is open, you'll be able to browse the available collections and choose the piece you'd like me to make for you. Simply place your order through the website and I'll take care of the next steps.
Your order will include a complimentary milk kit, which I'll pop in the post for you. Once your milk arrives safely back with me, I'll begin the process of transforming it into your very own KARREK piece.
Every piece is made individually and no two milk stones are ever quite the same.
Why are orders limited?
Quite simply, it's just me behind KARREK.
From preparing your milk and creating your stone, to setting, finishing and carefully packaging your jewellery, every part of the process is done by my own hands.
I could never imagine rushing something so precious, and limiting the number of orders I take each month allows me to give every little parcel the time, patience and attention it deserves.
A little note about availability
Order spaces are limited and can fill up quickly. Once the monthly allocation has been reached, the shop will close until the next release.
Not every design will necessarily be available during every release. Occasionally, certain pieces may be temporarily unavailable depending on materials and supplies.
I'll always share details of upcoming releases, including dates and times, through the website, Instagram and my newsletter, so do keep an eye out if there's something you've been waiting for.

At the moment, KARREK orders can only be shipped to UK addresses excluding Northern Ireland.
Your complimentary milk kit
Every order includes a complimentary milk kit, with everything you need to safely send your milk back to us.
Your kit will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class and includes a 1st Class return stamp, so there’s nothing extra you need to arrange.
Once your milk has been returned to us, your keepsake will begin its journey through our making process.

£10.75 — Royal Mail Special Delivery
Your chosen delivery option applies to the final delivery of your completed keepsake. Your complimentary milk kit is sent separately by Royal Mail 1st Class.
